Turkey burger Supreme

Another great recipe. I made this one up.

I used about 1/2 pound of free range, hormone free turkey burger, sauteed with chopped onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil. To that, I added about 1.5 cups of leftover steamed vegetables, and 1 cup of steamed brown rice. I put in about 1/4 c. of organic chicken broth, some Celtic Sea Salt and turmeric and let it heat up thoroughly. It was SO delicious, and so easy. I had about a third of it. Avery had the rest.

Today was the last day of my 7 days of cleansing. I think that means my recipes will vary a little as of tomorrow. I really haven't minded eating like this, though. I feel great and I love that I am losing weight.
