Today Debbie and I met and she had me give her a urine sample and a saliva sample. It wasn't easy to get enough saliva in the container, but she told me to think about lemons. That seemed to help. She was going to do another assessment on me, but didn't have the right connecting wire to hook up her computer appropriately. We'll have to do that next week.
In the meantime, she gave me some forms to fill out, including a three-day food diary. I will start that tomorrow.
