Today Debbie and I had an initial meeting. She and I will be meeting on Friday to do saliva and urine tests, so she can do a better assessment about what I need. In the meantime, she requested that I start drinking 100 ounces of water per day. I will need to figure out how many ounces are in my water bottle, so I know how many times I must fill it each day.
We will be meeting on Tuesdays going forward for an indefinite time.
I am excited.
